Each service's specified items are included in the service's full price. Some items are charged based on total surface area, while others are charged per unit. A detailed list of each item contracted can be found in the quote sent via email. For the customer's convenience, we charge transportation costs proportionally to the distance from our office. The distance is estimated by the ZIP code provided in the online quoter and may vary if the customer's actual address ZIP code differs from it.

The service's final price may vary if the real conditions differ from those specified by the customer (e.g., the declared surface area is smaller than the actual building surface, or rooms differ from those specified, or window sizes differ from those specified). The workers will inform the customer of any adjustments to be made to the final price. If the customer does not accept these adjustments, the scheduled service will be considered CANCELLED, and cancellation policies will apply (see below). The customer may retain the original price by modifying the service's scope (e.g., some extra services are not performed, or some rooms won't be cleaned).

To schedule a service, the customer must pay a commitment fee of $50 (fifty US dollars), which will be deducted from the total service price. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service, unless the customer infringes on the reschedule or cancellation policies.

About services:

Liability: Lotus Blossom Cleaners LLC is not responsible for damage to fragile or valuable items that have not been previously declared. Clients are advised to store valuable items in a safe place during the cleaning.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service received, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Reschedule Policy: Rescheduling is subject to availability. The commitment fee will be retained and not returned if the customer reschedules an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice. It will still be deducted from the total price if notice time is greater than 48hs.

Cancellation Policy: The commitment fee will be retained and not returned if the customer cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice. It will be returned only if the notice time is greater than 48hs.

For rescheduling or cancellation, the customer must contact Lotus Blossom Cleaners LLC using one of the methods provided on our webpage: phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or Telegram. For text-based mediums, the date and time considered is when the customer sends the message. For voice-based mediums, the date and time considered is when the call takes place.

Modification of Terms and Conditions: Lotus Blossom Cleaners LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective once posted on our website.
